2010 Membership Application

Are you looking to ease your financial burden from the high price private clubs or are you wanting to upgrade
from the "public" courses that consume your day and do not offer you the private experience? Either way,
call us at 624-3770 option #3 for details on any of the membership categories below. We will be glad to set up
a meeting with you at your convenience to tour our facility and golf course and to discuss our rate plans.

If you have reservations about moving from public to private status, consider these facts:

• At CCM there are no assessments!

• At CCM, a 4 (four) hour round is commonplace

• Other than Monday's when we host Charity events, you can play at any time during the day

• Your clubs and cart are readied for you in advance

• No more carrying your bag and shoes from your car

• After play your clubs are cleaned and stored - Shoe service available

• You have access to 2 (two) practice areas along with a full swing driving range

• Full size lockers

• Fully stocked locker rooms (both men and women)

• In-House charge accounts in Golf Shop and Grill Room

• GHIN Handicap service included

• Beverage service on the course

• Order food at #8 tee - pick-up at the turn (11am - 3pm daily except Monday)

• Preferential tee-times

• Guest Passes available for dues pre-pay or discounted in bulk

• Fully stocked Golf Shop offering all major brands of clubs, balls and clothing

• On-site PGA professionals offering individual and group lessons

• Junior programs during the summer

Don't get caught up in the cost per round calculation!  An average # of rounds played by our members at CCM is 45 - 55  with our leaders at 140 plus. With 32 available weeks during the season, that relates to 1.5 rounds per week for the average player. Add in all the services and offerings above and you'll see why we are the best value in golf only courses in the Rochester area today!

Current Offerings:
Presently we are offering multi-player discounts if you bring a minimum of a foursome to CCM
The more players you bring, the greater the savings to each member of your group!
(Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted special)

Children added to any "single" or "dual" membership class - $350 per child

Class explanations

• Single: Ages 35 - 69 

• Family: All immediate family members (husband, wife, children) 

• Junior A: Ages 21 - 25 

• Junior B: Ages 26 - 30 

• Junior C: Ages 31 - 34 

• Senior: Age 70 + 

• Senior Family: Both members age 70 and older 

• Student: (18 - 24 years of age) 5/01 thru 8/31 only!  (School ID required)

• Social: 6 rounds each member (2) Full social and banquet event amenities 

• Dual: Single member at a private club within 25 miles of CCM   (Proof of membership required)

• Corporate:  CCM offers two tiers of corporate memberships to meet your needs.

Corporate A - 50 passes plus amenities listed in the brochure below
Corporate B - 30 passes plus amenities listed in the brochure below
